The place is close to Zagreb and transport and the quiet neighbourhood. The host, Ana, makes you feel at home.

We had a very lovely stay in Zagreb just next door to centre of city, the Dolac market, and supermarkets. The host showed us the property. Had some nice additions, such as a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a dining area. Having a bidet was great...

Ana was a wonderful host, providing drinks, fresh fruit, and coffee. The apartment was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Keyless entry system was convenient. Helpful information about the area was provided.

The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and bidet, and the location was convenient with easy access to tram, public transportation.

Uncomfortable couch in living room.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Apartments N10 Zagreb. The decoration throughout the hotel was tasteful and elegant, with a touch of modern sophistication. The general areas, such as the lobby and common spaces, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was exceptional for senior people like myself. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy to navigate with mobility aids. the hotel was thoughtfully designed with the needs of senior guests in mind.

If I were to make one small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, having additional staff members available to assist with luggage or provide recommendations for nearby attractions would have been beneficial.

I have to say, staying at Apartments N10 was such a great value for money. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from shops, bars, and the tram station. The staff, especially Ana, was incredibly hospitable and gave us all the necessary information. They even provided us with a small welcome gift. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures online. It was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The bed and bedding were amazing, and the towels were fresh and soft. The host and her associate were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment was well-stocked with toiletries, a well-equipped kitchen, and even complimentary refreshments. The location was convenient, with shops, bars, and tram stations nearby.

The mattress was too soft for our liking, which hindered our sleep quality. we were not fond of having carpets in the apartment due to hygiene reasons, despite them appearing clean.
